Cornerstone has worked with Alberta companies since 2015. We train employees to do more for the company they work for: to capture know-how in systems the whole team can run, and to use today's technology well and safely, in the tools they already use.

What we do

A Cornerstone training room

Cornerstone Future Solutions Inc. is a Calgary training company. Our courses teach employees the systems, processes, and applied technology that make a company less dependent on any one person. What they learn is applied to real work, on the job or in the office, and every employee who completes a course is certified.

Every course is live and instructor-led. Classes run online on weekday mornings for employers anywhere in Alberta. On-site visits are available on request. For teams of four or more, we also deliver Applied AI Competency in house.

We also help teams use AI well. Our AI Competency Assessment shows where a team's AI skills break down, and our Applied AI Competency course closes those gaps, on the tools your company already has, and certifies the employees who pass.

Our courses are built for the industries we know best: construction and the trades, oilfield services, trucking, retail and wholesale, and the offices that keep them running.

Courses are taught by trained Cornerstone facilitators.

How we teach

  • A test, not paperwork. A course ends when something runs, not when a binder is handed over.
