Scope before price

Know exactly what your quote includes.

Larger groups and additional tasks receive a separate quote. Existing written agreements keep their agreed terms.

  • Named course, learning goals, and the tasks in scope.
  • Enrolled participants and the manager, expert, and teammate support needed.
  • Instructional hours, dates, location, and delivery format.
  • Supervision, assessment, and the end date for included support.
  • Tuition, GST, travel, software, and any separately priced assessment.
  • Readiness, attendance, cancellation, and certificate requirements.

Training teaches your employees to do the work. Building systems for you, technical implementation, and additional consulting are separate scopes. Do not assume those costs are eligible for a training grant.

What to bring to the first conversation

Start with a team and a real need.

Tell us the number of employees, their roles, what they need to do differently, the tools they use, your location, and your preferred timing. A manager needs to support the applied work and make time available.

We discuss your needs first, then confirm the scope, timing, and next steps in a written quote. Eligible employers can apply for funding; Funding is decided by the Government of Alberta. We can't guarantee approval, and we never cover or refund the employer's share.
